Arthur J. Spanarkel - Chairman/President/CEO

It would only take one conversation with Mr. Spanarkel to learn about his encouraging and inspirational attitude toward the construction industry. His expertise in general contracting, construction management, and financial advisement comes with his thirty years of professional experience. In 1978, Artie graduated from Seton Hall University's Stillman School of Business, where he earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration. He saw the importance in education and enrolled in New York University's School of Continuing and Professional Studies, where he received a diploma in Construction Management.

Mr. Spanarkel began his professional career in public accounting, but realized his true calling and passion was in the construction industry. Inevitably, in 1980, he started his construction career with the Marine Contracting/Engineering Firm J.Rich Steer Inc. In 1985, Arthur was promoted to Senior Vice President of the Real Estate Development Division of J.Rich Steers, were he stayed until joining Feldman Enterprises in 1992. It was in this commercial development firm that Arthur served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

In 1998, with plenty of managerial and field experience, Mr. Spanarkel joined one of New York City's most prestigious construction management firms. At this company, Arthur was an associate partner managing a multitude of projects and teams of people.

In December of 2002, Arthur J. Spanarkel left and co-founded TNS Management Services, Inc. This dynamic and diversified young firm is renowned for its commitment to quality and completion. The charismatic personality of Mr. Spanarkel is clearly evident through his staff and projects. With the completion of over 130 projects, representing 500,000 square feet of construction there is no question to why Arthur is so successful as principal.

In addition to being the President of TNS Management, Arthur is an active member of the Building Contractor Association, NYC Building Congress, Builder Trades Employers Association, and serves on the Board of Trustees for Christ the King Regional High School.
